# Kyndlo Mobile Screen List

This document merges the current iOS screenshot flow with the new mobile requirements from the July 3, 2026 company meeting.

## Product Direction

Kyndlo mobile should move from a basic event/outings flow toward a Quest-based friendship experience.

Core ideas:

- Users discover and join Quests, not generic events.
- Quests combine real-world attendance, group matching, guided challenges, and social reflection.
- The user's profile becomes a living memory space through My Journey and My Pack.
- Group chat is temporary unless people choose to become Pack connections.
- The app needs clear consent, identity verification, payment clarity, and safety controls.

Best for validating the full Quest and relationship memory concept in private beta.

### 1. Entry And Authentication

### 2. Consent, Privacy, And Trust

## Product Language Decisions

| What replaces "Event" in the app UI? | Use `Quest`. |
| When does identity verification happen? | After Quest registration, but before final confirmation. Users can browse, select a plan, and register interest, but they cannot enter the confirmed real-world group flow until verified. |
| Is group selfie check-in mandatory? | A warm-up check-in is mandatory, but it does not always have to be a face selfie. Each Quest can require a group selfie, a group photo of hands/objects, a landmark/object photo, or a short shared prompt answer. |
| Where does My Previous Quests live? | In both Explore and My Journey. Explore shows temporary previous Quests during the 5-day attendee/chat/Pack request window. My Journey stores permanent completed Quest memories after the temporary window ends. |
| Should private beta use three tabs or five tabs? | Use three tabs for private beta: Home, Explore, and Profile. My Journey and My Pack live inside Profile until usage proves they deserve top-level tabs. |
| What remains available if a user declines the Apple privacy / AI consent modal? | Available: limited public Quest previews, basic profile/settings, safety info, subscription/account management, and support. Unavailable: group chat, Quest registration/confirmation, check-in, photo uploads, Pack requests, My Journey sharing, and AI matching/group placement. |
| How much of a Pack member's Journey is visible by default? | Completed Quests are private by default. Users can mark each completed Quest as shareable with Pack members. When shared, Pack members can see curated Quest details such as Quest name, city/general location, date/month, badges, selected prompt answers, and selected photos. Exact sensitive locations, private notes, and unshared photos remain hidden. |
| How strict should no-show strike copy feel? | Use a warm but firm tone. The copy should protect the group and explain consequences clearly without sounding punitive. Example: "Plans work best when everyone shows up. Since you confirmed but missed this Quest, this counts as 1 strike. After 3 strikes, your Quest access may be paused for a short time." |
